For Hiring Managers

Hiring Managers

Student employees play a vital role in our community as contributing members to nearly every Wellesley College department and office. As a supervisor, the role you play impacts not only the work of your department, but often the success and retention of the students you supervise. Your contribution to the lives of our students as a supervisor is greatly appreciated.

Important Dates

Students should begin searching for and applying to positions based on the information listed below. Worth noting, all positions are posted on a rolling basis. If you can see the position in Workday, that means that it is open to apply to. All campus hiring managers are strongly encouraged to post jobs, interview, and select candidates during the below hiring periods. This streamlined approach supports inclusive excellence goals to ensure that all students understand when to search for and apply to opportunities. For the purpose of regulating hours, each semester will begin on the Sunday before the day the semester is scheduled to start.
