Healthy You is excited to offer free in-person group fitness classes to Wellesley College employees. Group exercise classes are a great way to stay connected, relieve stress, tone muscles, and provide a renewed sense of well-being. Classes are geared to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Walk or complete any physical activity regularly from Oct. 1 to Nov. 11 to enjoy an energy and mood boost and some friendly rivalry.
Walktober features a Wellesley class-color challenge and an option for teams with up to six members.
We encourage you to register, team up, head outside, add up those steps, and connect with classmates and the entire Wellesley community.
