Salary Increase Program

 

Wellesley College strives to offer salary increases as determined during the annual performance assessment process.

 

Salary increases under the merit increase program for benefits-eligible administrative staff are typically effective July 1st. In order to be eligible employees must be employed in a benefits-eligible role as of March 31st.   Employees hired after March 31st are eligible for a salary increase the following July.  For employees paid through a grant, salary increases must be allowed under the terms of the grant.
