Flu Clinic Fall 2024

Additional Flu Vaccination clinic will be offered on November 13

Wellesley College is offering an additional flu clinic on November 13 for benefit eligible employees.

New England Nurses/New England Home Health Services, Inc. will be on campus to provide onsite flu vaccines for Faculty and Staff.

Dates:

Wednesday, November 13, 2 pm - 4:30pm.

Green Hall 440 Academic Council Room/Faculty Common Room

Location:

This clinic will take place at Green Hall 440, Academic Council (For reference, Academic and Administrative Council meetings take place in this room).

Registration:

Please book your appointment by this Monday, November 11. Advanced registration is required.

High-dose vaccines will be available for employees 65 or older.

A reminder email regarding the clinic appointment will be sent. Appointments are scheduled 10 minutes apart to maintain appropriate spacing within

the site of the clinic.

The vaccine New England Nurses/New England Home Health Services is are using this year is Flucelvax manufactured by Seqirus and distributed by Seqirus USA Inc. It was approved and released by the FDA and is an inactivated vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine.
