  • Allison Weinberg, LMHC Director of Student Wellness

    Allison Weinberg (she/her), Director of Student Wellness, received her BA in Sociology and Gender Studies from New College of Florida and MA in Behavioral Medicine and Mental Health Counseling from Boston University School of Medicine.

    Prior to joining Wellesley, Allie worked in college counseling, health education, community mental health, substance use, and LGBTQ advocacy. Working from an empowerment model, Allie is passionate about intersectionality and holistic approaches to wellness.

    Allie enjoys attending concerts, spending time outdoors, reading, painting watercolors, and going on adventures around Boston with her husband and their dog Wilson.

  • Nancy Baden, RN Outreach Nurse Educator

    Nancy Baden (she/her), Outreach Nurse Educator, is a graduate of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital School of Nursing. She has over 20 years of experience, focused mainly in Community Health Nursing with a strong passion for Health Education.

    Prior to joining Wellesley, she spent 5 years providing a variety of Wellness Seminars, Biometric screenings, Health Fairs and individualized Health Coaching for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts & Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. She strives to educate others on the importance of Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Management and Spiritual well-being as the foundation of good health.

    In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, eco-adventure travel, live music and singing and playing percussion with an original band.

  • Katie Parkins '26 Student Wellness Ambassador

    Katie Parkins (she/her) is the Student Wellness Ambassador in the Office of Student Wellness. She is Class of 2026, majoring in Psychology and Spanish. Katie wishes to pursue a career in Pediatric Clinical Psychology following Wellesley.

    Katie's passion for equitable, person-centered health inspired her to join the Office of Student Wellness team. Based in radical acceptance, Katie aims to meet fellow students where they are in their wellness. Katie elucidates the student perspective, connecting administrative practices and student needs.

    In her free time, Katie loves to attend early movie screenings, plan game nights with friends, explore Boston, and facetime her dog Dipper.
