Additional Critical Repairs Projects

Davis Museum:

Construction is ongoing and is expected to be complete by December 2023. Project scope is HVAC system upgrades to control humidity.

Founders/Green:

The project will take place over the course of two summers, with Founders to occur in summer 2023 followed by Green in summer 2024 for fire sprinkler installation and repairs to the exterior masonry and roofs.

Distribution Center:

The project is tentatively scheduled to take place during fall of 2023 to complete repairs to the heating and electrical systems, as well as to the roof.
