ACH Authorization Form - WSAS can now automatically deduct your quarterly Tuition Loan payment from your checking account!  Fill out this form and mail it, along with a voided check (or letter from your bank if you don't have checks), to WSAS to enroll in this convenient payment program.

Clothing Donation Form - Print and use this form to itemize your clothing donation to the Wellesley Students' Aid Society.  Please keep this form for your records for tax purposes.

WSAS Cash Donation Form - Print and mail this form, along with your check, to make a donation to the Wellesley Students' Aid Society.
