Neuroscience MajorI joined the Tetel lab at the beginning of my senior year in order to get experience with research in neuroscience and to learn more about the connections between how different lifestyles impact brain health and the body. As a brain science and food enthusiast, I have enjoyed working in a lab that incorporates a focus on the gut-brain axis as well as many other aspects of neuroscience research.
After graduating this spring, I will be working as a research assistant in Dr. Kun Hu's lab in the Medical Biodynamics Program at Brigham & Women's Hospital. Following this clinical research experience, I plan to return to school to pursue a career as a Physician's Assistant. I hope to utilize the research skills I have developed throughout my time working in the Tetel Lab as I move forward with a future in healthcare.
