I am in the class of 2024 and studying Economics on a pre-medicine track! I am very excited to be a part of the Tetel Lab as it is my first hands-on research experience. Outside of the lab, I am on the Varsity Field Hockey team at Wellesley and a part of the Athlete-Mentor Program (AMPs).

 

I am passionate about sports medicine and the interaction of diet, activity, and sleep on overall bodily functions and hormone health. I believe that a nutritious and well-balanced diet should be accessible to everyone.

 

I am incredibly excited to be a part of a lab that so well captures through research these important factors via observation of the human microbiome, an important indicator of someone's well-being.

 

Off the field and outside of the lab, I enjoy running, weight lifting, hiking, and skiing. I also bake and cook frequently and enjoy long walks with my dog, Maggie.
