Students should be prepared to provide the following information in the online application:
1. Responses to the following questions:
- What are your pronouns?
- Select of which positions you are applying for.
- Number of prior years serving as a AMP, ASC, OM, and/or RA.
- Please list activities/organizations not listed on your resume that you have participated in both at Wellesley and in your community. Please describe any position or leadership role you held in these activities.
- Do you plan to apply or compete for other campus positions not associated with this process? If yes, please describe your plans.
2. Resume upload (PDF).
3. Application Questions based on position.
4. Housing preferences for next year.
5. References (not applicable for all positions)

The goal of the resume requirement is to support you in preparing for the application process. A helpful step in articulating your experiences in an interview setting is to first document them on paper, like a resume.

Yes! Applicants who are abroad are able to complete the online application. Once your application(s) have been completed, you should reach out to the position specific department contact to notify them of your abroad status. They will adapt the next steps in the application process for you to participate remotely.

***Athlete Mentor applicants can be selected for one additional position.
Yes. For all positions, applicants must be in good academic and judicial standing. Applicants must be able to return to school early next Fall (on or before August 18, 2022).
For the Academic Success Coach position - applicants need to ordinarily maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
For the Athlete Mentor position - applicants need to be a student athlete.
For the Resident Assistant position - applicants need to have a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher.
