Disability Rights Overview
Disability Rights
Wellesley does not discriminate against individuals with disabilities in its admissions or educational programs, campus activities, or in its hiring and employment practices — in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and amendments ("ADA"), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and amendments ("Section 504"), and other related laws and regulations.
In addition, no qualified individuals with disabilities will be excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, any educational program, campus event, workplace activity, or employment opportunity if the denial is based on the College's need to make reasonable accommodations for that individual's disability.
