Exempt (Monthly) Payroll - Web time Entry
Policy
Administrative exempt employees must submit their exception hours in Workday.
Exception hours consist of sick, vacation, bereavement and personal hours.
Workday defaults holiday hours.
Exempt employees (including faculty) are paid the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday, paychecks will be issued for the previous business day.
Additional Payments
Requests for additional payments must be submitted to Human Resources for approval and processing.
Additional pay amounts for faculty should be sent directly to the Office of the Provost for approval and processing.
