Projection

Turning on the Projector

Select a media source on the Crestron Touch-Screen Control Panel.  If the projector was off, it will turn on at this point.  It may take up to a minute to reach full brightness.  The projection screen will lower automatically.

Once a source is selected on the Crestron Remote Control, the projection screen will automatically drop down.  Alternatively, use the Up/Down button.

Use the control buttons on the Extron wall panel (DOWN, UP, STOP) to lower or raise the projection screen.

Turning off the Projector

On the Extron wall panel, press and hold the Display Power button for a few seconds and then let go.  A green light on the panel will flash, indicating the projector will turn off in 90 seconds.  Note the projector cannot be turned on again until the 90 second cool-down mode is completed.

On the wall near the equipment rack is a switch that allows the lowering/raising of the projection screen.

Turning off the Projector

Press the red All Off button on the Crestron Remote Control.  Note: The projector will need a few minutes to cool down before it can be turned on again.

Turning on the Projector

Once a source is selected on the Crestron Remote Control, the projector will turn on automatically.  Note it may take up to a minute to reach full brightness.

Turning off the Projector

On the Crestron Touch-Screen Panel, select Power Off.  Press YES when prompted to continue. 
NOTE: The projector will need a few minutes to cool down before it can be turned on again.

Projection Screen

To raise or lower the projection screen, select a source on the Crestron Touch-Screen Panel.  There is also a manual screen control on the wall to the left of the equipment rack closet.

From the Extron wall panel, press the Display Power button.  A green light will flash, indicating the projector has been turned on.  It may take 45 seconds to reach full brightness.
