Level 3 - Host On-Site
Wellesley students and alumnae take part in a world-premiere educational experience, and are prepared to apply a rigorous liberal arts mindset to the challenges and issues they will encounter as professional. But, we also believe in the power of immersive career education experiences. We invite you to join us as career education partners by hosting students on-site with your organization. These kinds of experiences may take many forms including;
- Participating in structured job shadowing programs that pair students and alumnae with professionals doing their every-day work
- Joining fellow employers within a geographic area to host students participating in a “career trek” tour of similar companies/organizations
- Facilitate on-site workshops, panels, networking events, or other activities that help you to connect with students and provide them with a rich career education experience
This level of engagement may be ideal for companies that cannot visit our campus, or organizations that are seeking to engage students in a deeper understanding of their industry and work environment. This may also be an opportunity to partner with you as sponsors in supporting our students’ engagement with your organization, including support for things such as travel and educational materials.

This advisor will help you to identify a customized plan for engaging students on-site with your company, as well as ways for resourcing these immersive career education experiences.
