Level 2 - Educate at Wellesley
We realized that the world-of-work today is changing rapidly in ways that are difficult to predict, and we are dedicated to preparing our students and alumnae to succeed and thrive in this ever-changing environment. In order to do this, we need expert partners that are thriving at the cutting-edge of these changes. We would love to invite you join this mission as a fellow career educator! Engaging at this level as a career educator on-campus at Wellesley could involve:
- Hosting on-campus workshops on topics such as cutting-edge industry trends and issues, interview techniques, professional development strategies, or specific competencies needed to break into a career field
- Conducting mock interviews with students and alumnae who are searching for opportunities within your field of expertise
- Facilitating networking and information sharing sessions with professional experts, students, and alumnae
- Sitting on expert panels with your professional peers, speaking to topics that our students and alumnae need to know about in order to succeed on their career journey
To engage at this level, contact the Career Community Advisor that is most relevant to your recruitment and engagement goals. This advisor will help you to identify career education opportunities that align with your overall recruitment and engagement goals, as well as streamline your time and efforts on-campus.
If you are interested in pursuing a deeper level of engagement with our students and alumnae, consider our opportunities for serving as fellow career educators by hosting our students on-site with your organization.
