Group/Field Trip Transportation
Both preferred vendors listed below have been thoroughly vetted and Wellesley College negotiated rates are available. Each will set up direct billing or invoice you for their services.

- Online or email reservations are preferred.
- Wellesley College receives a discounted rate of $468.00 first four hours and $94.00 an hour for each additional hour.
- If a larger vehicle is needed, they will offer the same ten percent discount on rates.
- All jobs will be subject to vehicle and driver availability.

- Wellesley College rate of $50/hour
- 20% tip billed on all trips

- Vehicle types: 51 passenger school buses

- $500 for first 4 hours and $135/hr after that, billed by half hour
- Vendor will be flexible with last minute reservations but requests as much advance notice as possible
