Accommodations

The three local hotels/conference centers listed below have provided special rates for conference guests who book before the dates indicated. All venues offer complimentary parking, and they are all about a 15-minute drive from the Wellesley campus.

Booking must be done via the links/phone numbers provided; unless otherwise stated, our group code is “Wellesley Ivy Plus.” Some rooms will be available at the special rate for the entire long weekend, Friday through Sunday nights.

If you are interested in staying in Boston, there are many hotel options. It is about a 25-minute drive from Boston to the Wellesley campus. A commuter rail train runs from downtown Boston to the town of Wellesley. The station nearest to campus is Wellesley Square, which is about a 15-minute walk from the College. Zipcar has a location on campus.

 

Parking

Parking on campus is free in the Davis Parking Garage, near the main Route 135 (Central Street) entrance. Wellesley's fall break begins the afternoon of October 6, so you may park in any space designated for visitors, students, or faculty and staff.
