A New View and New Perspectives

This bird’s eye view of the Margaret Clapp Library and Lake Waban, taken from the top of Galen Stone Tower, makes one wonder, “What am I looking at?”

The same is true of art and of a Wellesley education. Both teach students to examine a subject from various angles, to understand other people’s perspectives, and to challenge long-held expectations.
