I manage library systems such as the FOLIO and VuFind (Library Catalog), ArchivesSpace, FullTextFinder (FindIt!@Wellesley), ILLiad (InterLIbrary Loan), WorldCat Local, EDS (SuperSearch), the Proxy Server (for off-campus database access and access to ebooks and other resources) and connectors between systems.  I make sure these systems are running, upgraded and functioning 24/7, so library users have access to all electronic library resources and can discover physical materials.  I work collaboratively with vendors and all teams across LTS, especially with the Systems & Networks and Research and Instruction teams. 

I also work in the Digital Collection Services team to maintain content in Wellesley's digital repositories. 

I keep abreast of new technologies in the Library environment to continually improve user access, increase use of library resources, and improve our current technologies.  I help Library staff to investigate, install, implement, and maintain library software and hardware, including specialty printers, barcode scanners and document scanners.  I help staff to use these technological tools to maximize efficiencies in their workflows.
