Getting Online
- Passwords & accounts and your OneCard (Wellesley ID, doubles as your library card)
- Wireless network access
- Google Apps basics, including mail and calendar
New Faculty & Staff
- Faculty: contact the Help Desk to request a new faculty orientation about course prep, student communication and other course planning with your library and technology staff
- Administrative staff and faculty: enroll in Duo 2-Factor Authentication to protect your Wellesley email and Workday data
- Administrative staff: complete the required Security Awareness Training, found in the Wellesley portal under Employee Services (scroll down)
- Install Zoom and learn how to Sign In with SSO
- Learn how to use Zoom Phone to make and receive calls and manage your voicemail
- Record the pronunciation of your name
- Learn about Workday so that you can update personal information, access your time sheet, request time off, etc.
- Install the Workday application on your cell phone
- Request special software or computers for your department
- Find course support and research support
- View your class lists

- Try the Library tab in MyWellesley!
- Access library resources
- Start your research by subject
- Start a multimedia project
- Thesis & independent study
