Tess joined Wellesley College in 2016 and is the Director of Operations & Marketing for Wellesley Career Education, where she enjoys working with an incredible office that includes career advising, internship, fellowship, and civic engagement programs. Her role is both strategic and hands-on in developing the structures and communication materials that scaffold Career Education’s work. Before coming to Wellesley, Tess worked in marketing and communications roles for non-profit and arts organizations, and as a cover designer in publishing. She served on the board of directors for Mudflat Ceramic Studio for seven years from 2017–2023 , including three as President and two as Vice-President. She is an alumna of Boston University with a degree in graphic design. Tess lives in Holliston, Massachusetts with her husband and daughter.
