Tess Mattern, Career Education's Director of Marketing and Operations, is available to take professional headshots for current Wellesley students by appointment. Photographs will be taken outdoors, using the beautiful campus as a backdrop, whenever weather allows. A grey backdrop is available to take the headshot indoors, in cases of inclement weather.

To make a headshot apointment, please use the process below:

• Make sure that you are logged into your Wellesley account, then select a time from Tess's calendar. Click on the time slot that you would like to reserve. If none of the available times fit within your schedule, you can email Tess directly at tmattern@wellesley.edu, and she will do her best to find an alternative!
• You will be sent a confirmation email, and Tess will receive an email as well.
• On the day of your headshot, please come directly to Green Hall 441. We recommend wearing something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. When in doubt, choose solid, neutral clothing in colors like white, tan/beige, navy, grey, or black. Career Education has a variety of blazers available, across a range of sizes and styles, which you are welcome to borrow on the day of your headshot if interested. Note that these are also available to be borrowed for interviews, via our Suit Program check-out process!
• Photos will be sent to the student via email within a week of the appointment.
