Career Education is dedicated to supporting all students and alums at every step of their career journey. Below students will find resources to help you engage in career exploration, experiential learning, and skill-building. We will support you in articulating those experiences and implementing a career action plan. We will also help you develop a diverse support network that can empower you to be your authentic self during the job, internship, fellowship, and graduate school application processes.

Advisors for Career Exploration (ACEs) are assigned to students by class year and are available for conversations about values, strengths, and interests. Industry Advisors support students as they build interest in specific fields.

Funded Internships & Grants

Wellesley offers placements and funding for more than 230 paid internships each year across career industries and many locations. In addition to internships with employer partners, Career Education also offers grants for student-identified unpaid summer experiences.
