Layne Flynn is the Assistant Director for Health Professions Advising within Wellesley Career Education. Layne has her Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis on planning, implementing and evaluating educational and behavior change health programs. She has an extensive background in the health field, including employee wellness programing for three Fortune 500 companies: Ford Motor Company, Pfizer, and Intuit. She has spent the past 10 years in higher education, where she managed recreation and wellness programs and taught a variety of health courses. In her most recent position, Layne worked as the Assistant Professor of Community Health and Exercise Science at Pine Manor College. She is thrilled to take on the role of advising Wellesley students in health careers. Layne believes Wellesley students and alumni are the future leaders in health care and is excited about helping them navigate their journey.
