Business, Consulting, Finance, Marketing & STEM Career Fair (in-person)
Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 3–6pm
Registration is through Handshake. The cost to attend is $500 (for 2 representatives & dinner is included). Career Fair Sponsorships are available.

Inclusive Recruiting Summit (in-person)
Friday, March 7, 2025
One-day event, in collaboration with Smith, that brings together a group of employers and students who prioritize and value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. More details to come in the Spring.

Individual Employer Events

Educational Workshops (In-person workshops available Tuesdays from 4–5pm or Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 5–6pm. Timing for virtual workshops is flexible)
Industry-focused programming for students led by an employer; this may include but is not limited to sharing industry insights, case workshops, technical interview prep, alumnae panels, site visits, current field trends/climate, etc. Contact us for scheduling options at recruiting@wellesley.edu.

Campus Center Tabling (in-person, Monday–Thursday from 11am–2pm)

Employer Partner Programs

Premier Recruiting Partner
Includes bespoke programming for employer partners that would like full access to recruiting students at Wellesley for the academic year. $3,000 annual participation fee includes:

• Three annual engagements
• Complimentary entry to our Fall in-person career fair & prime booth location
• Consultation and planning meeting with Employer Engagement team and Industry Advisor(s)
• Enhanced employer promotion on Handshake
   

DE&I Employer Partner 
By committing to the standards of the DE&I partner program, employers will gain bespoke opportunities to connect with our diverse student population. $1,500 annual participation fee includes:   

• Early registration access to the Spring Inclusive Recruiting Summit (limited to 40 employers)  and logo on Summit banner and in Summit program 
• Up to two engagements in partnership with one or more Wellesley Cultural Deans
• Consultation and planning meeting with Employer Engagement team
• Employers will be added to the Handshake Collection “Invests in diversity”
   

Wellesley Internship Partner
Internship partners commit to holding a minimum of one spot for a Wellesley student during the summer. Partners may opt to hire a small cohort. Wellesley asks for-profit organizations to offer a minimum of one $5,000 stipend per student. Non-profit organizations may be eligible for funding from Wellesley College internship grants. Partner organizations receive: 

• Support in posting, promoting, and sourcing eligible applicants (especially helpful for small and midsize employers
• Full campus marketing and branding of internship 
• Promotion in Wellesley’s Handshake Collection “Great for internships”
