I've been fascinated by career exploration for as long as I can remember. How do we each find work that "fits" and fulfills us an individual, especially when there are so many interesting possibilities?? In my own life, I've tried my hand at a wide range of jobs, including collecting mosquito larvae in local marshes, interning at the U.S. State Department, writing about the bond market as a financial consultant in New York, and negotiating loan agreements as a corporate attorney.

Throughout my varied experiences, a common thread was my desire to connect with and mentor others, which eventually led me to my dream role — career advising!

Before coming to Wellesley, I worked in law school career services, advising students pursuing a broad range of careers and further graduate study. There, I developed a much broader view of the legal profession (and its intersections with government and policy) than what my own experience as a corporate lawyer had provided. Now, I feel lucky to be able to bring that perspective to Wellesley College, supporting Wellesley students and alums in all stages of their career exploration. My own career path has sometimes been intentional and sometimes accidental, so I can speak to both! I love to help others reflect on their experiences and chart a path for themselves, while also staying open to the unexpected.
