ANNE DICKINSON MELTZ '16 Anne Dickinson Meltz graduated from Wellesley in 2016 with a major in Sociology and a minor in Education Studies. While at Wellesley, her academic work often explored intelligence as a social construct and family structures through the lens of social class. Outside of class at Wellesley Anne was involved in the FYM program, TZE, and Wellesley S.M.i.L.E.S. After graduating from Wellesley, Anne started working at a tech consultancy as a Project Manager and ultimately became the Director of Operations there (fun fact - she found this role through a Wellesley Alum!). Her work there spanned a little bit of everything from overall business strategy to product management, marketing/advertising, recruiting, and content creation. Her favorite project was working as the lead Product Manager on an App for homeless & housing-vulnerable teens, which ultimately led her to pivot into Mobile App Product Management. In Spring 2018, Anne joined Wayfair as a Product Manager on the App Team. At its core, product management is a field that requires understanding our customer/user's personalities, pain-points, value sets, and behaviors so that we can create an experience that's best suited to them. PMs coordinate closely with a team of Engineers, Designers, and Analysts to execute on that work. At Wayfair, some of her work as included leading a redesign of the family of Apps, managing the launch of the Birch Lane app on iOS and Android, leading a redesign of the Wayfair sites, and working improving the lower funnel screens of the App. She also works on Wayfair's Product Management onboarding curriculum, as well as its COOP Learning + Development program.
ELIZABETH GOOD '09 Elizabeth Good '09 is a manager on the Tech Talent Development team at Wayfair where she is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing education of Engineering, Business Intelligence, Operations Product Management, and Design employees. Her career has spanned many industries (including a two year stint managing a wine bar!) but has always focused on the human experience and helping people grow. As a member of Wellesley 2009 she studied Political Science and Spanish. She lives in South Boston with her husband (Wellesley c/o 2010) and two very spoiled animals.
HAYDEN BROBERG '14 Before joining Insurify, Hayden was an investment analyst in J.P. Morgan's Private Bank. Following her time as an analyst, she joined an early stage ridesharing technology start up, Skedaddle. At Skedaddle, Hayden was the Director of Operations and responsible for route optimization, network partnerships, and company-wide performance reporting. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wellesley College.
