The Inclusive Recruiting Summit is a one-day event that brings together a group of employers and students who prioritize and value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. This event will feature panel discussions, a dynamic keynote speaker, and informal and formal networking opportunities. Discover what current college students are seeking from entry-level employers, meet some of the top talent from two of the nation's highly ranked women’s colleges, network with fellow employers on best practices for recruiting and retaining diverse hires, and join the movement to ensure equitable access to opportunity for all students.

We are pleased to share that this is the second year of the Summit. Please note the registation cost for employers is $250 for for-profit employers, and $100 for non-profit employers (and includes two representatives per organization).

Employers will be responsible for their own travel to and from Wellesley College. 

 Employers who have Smith and/or Wellesley alums in their organization are encouraged to invite them to participate.

  • 9:30 – 10:00 am: Check-in for Students & Employers

  • 10:00 – 10:15 am: Welcome & Opening Remarks

  • 10:15 – 11:15 am: Fireside chat

  • 11:15 – 12:30 pm: Separate Employer & Student Tracks

  • 12:30 – 1:45 pm: Keynote Lunch

  • 1:45 – 2:30 pm: Joint Employer & Student Session

  • 2:30 – 2:45 pm: Break and transition to networking portion

  • 2:45 – 4:30 pm: Networking/Fair
