Think about graduate school and fellowship opportunities for the future
Summer can be a wonderful time to explore options for the future. Discover funding opportunities you never knew existed for undergraduate research, study abroad, and for after graduation, including self-designed projects, travel, teaching, service, graduate study, and more.
If graduate/professional degrees and scholarships to support them are on your mind, we have a range of resources that can help you weigh your options and plan to apply!
Transitioning to Life After College
If you are a graduating senior (or perhaps you're just thinking ahead!) Career Education has worked with partners across campus to develop a set of videos to help you explore topics related to the transition from college to career. Subjects covered are:
Build Mentorship Relationships
Mentorship comes in different forms, and your relationships with mentors will vary depending on your intentions, questions, and aspirations. Through the online platform The Wellesley Hive, you can meet alums who have expressed interest in mentoring current students. They have all proactively signed up and are eager to hear from you! You can search for alums who share your industry interests, location, major, identity affiliation, and more.
Search for Jobs & Internships
Handshake is Wellesley's platform for searching for jobs and internships. During this time, you can use the keyword "remote" to find opportunities that aren't tied to a specific location. You can also use Handshake to access the job search resources GoinGlobal and Vault.
