Jen Pollard is the Associate Provost / Executive Director for Career Education and Experiential Learning at Wellesley College. Jen oversees the division at Wellesley dedicated to experiential learning and postgraduate success including the functional areas of career advising, fellowships and scholarships, civic engagement, global internships, alumnae career connections, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and employer relations.

Jen earned her bachelors from Bentley University, Masters in Higher Education and Educational Technology from George Mason University, and is currently completing her Ed.D. at Boston College. She brings both corporate and higher education experience to Wellesley College. As a Client Strategist for a digital agency, Jen managed large-scale marketing research and positioning projects for companies such as eBay, Target, Starbucks, and Whirlpool. After leaving corporate to pursue higher education, Jen worked for George Mason University’s career center before joining the team at Wellesley in 2016.
