Ariane Baker is thrilled to be a part of Wellesley’s Career Education team as an Associate Director/Advisor for Career Exploration (ACE). She has previously worked in the film and television industry in the camera department, in undergraduate college admissions, and in career advising. In her role as a Advisor for Career Exploration, Ariane has the ability to build relationships with students and assists them throughout their college adventure through individual meetings, programs, and campus events. Ariane holds a B.S. in Cinema and Photography from Ithaca College and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Merrimack College where she pursued research in vocational identity development and student self-efficacy. She believes in the power of self-reflection, ongoing exploration, and celebrating small victories!
