Liliane Pingoud Soriano ’49 Curatorial Fellowship at the Musée du Louvre, Paris

An exchange program between the Davis and the Musée du Louvre allows a Wellesley student to work for four months as a research Fellow at the Louvre in Paris and a student from the Ecole du Louvre to work at the Davis. The position is available to graduating seniors. In addition to working at one of the world’s great museums, the Soriano Curatorial Fellow can attend courses and programs at the Ecole du Louvre.

Cancellation Clause: Due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the College reserves the right in its sole discretion to withdraw this offer or terminate employment at any time.

Number of Positions: 1 (Only graduating seniors may apply)

Dates: Fall 2025

Stipend: $8,000, plus round trip airfare to Paris, housing stipend, and an allowance for travel and research expenses while in Paris.

Housing: To be arranged by intern

Prerequisites/Qualifications: Candidates must have French language skills (French 210 or higher), demonstrate solid research skills, and possess a broad knowledge of the history of art.
