Sherley has extensive experience in several fields, including finance, education, and computational chemistry research.
During her first two years of college, she interned in the Biochemistry Department and worked on chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). She then worked as an intern in the Risk & Financial Advisory unit at Deloitte. During her third year, she joined MIT’s Linguistics Department to work on advancing language use in the Haitian education system.
Last summer, Sherley interned at EMPath, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating poverty in the Boston area.
Upon graduation, Sherley plans to become a high school math teacher in Haiti before pursuing a Master of Business Administration.
Sherley is fluent in several languages, including French and Haitian Creole. She is currently at Sciences-Po Aix (the Institute of Political Studies of Aix-en-Provence), continuing her studies in economics.
