Michiru Ishikawa
Michiru is a senior majoring in International Relations-Political Science and minoring in Computer Science, focusing on cybersecurity and technology innovation.

Since Summer 2022, Michiru has been working at the Cybersecurity at MIT Sloan School of Management (CAMS), where she conducts longitudinal studies of the dynamic nature of cyber risks and proposes business suggestions to corporations. She also interned as a business technology summer analyst at a consulting firm in Summer 2023, learning about business challenges during technological implementation in the corporate world and designing solutions with her team. She continues to pursue her passion for learning cybersecurity and business conflicts through her thesis and research in her senior year. On campus, Michiru hosts campus events for students interested in Japanese culture as the EALC Liaison of the Japan Club, using her proficiency in Japanese. Michiru hopes to find an internship at an international organization learning cyber regulations and frameworks in Europe.
