In the past three summers, Leilani has worked in the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at a nonprofit community development financial institution, and for the Environmental, Social, and Governance team at Goldman Sachs. Leilani spent her junior year abroad at the London School of Economics, and is currently pursuing a Fulbright scholarship to research female entrepreneurship in Portugal. On campus, Leilani is a member of the varsity track and field team, and one of five Ministrare Council fellows that leads community service efforts for students. She hopes to pursue a career in social entrepreneurship or impact investing, and one day run for public office.
