Jenna Meyers ’25

Jenna Meyers
Jenna is a senior completing their studies in a major they created called Planetary Science.

In the summer of 2023, Jenna worked as an intern at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where they conducted DraMS Titan simulant experiments under flight-like conditions to calibrate scientific instrumentation for the Dragonfly Mission. Jenna spent the summer of their junior year at Caltech-JPL constraining planetary impact pressures using experimentally shocked analog meteorites, after a gap-year spent as a temporary research contractor at MIT constraining Titan's age with numerical modeling for the Dragonfly Mission and participating in former astronaut Jeff Hoffman's Martian Analog Missions. On campus, Jenna works as a lifeguard and practices with the Shotokan Karate club. She has a working knowledge of German. Jenna's goal upon graduation is to gain experience at an international space agency and enter into a graduate program for planetary science.
