She is writing her thesis on the empirical impacts of implementing Rights of Nature worldwide. In the summer of 2024, Danielle interned at the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy, where she contributed to high-profile research projects and submissions. She spent the 2023-24 academic year abroad at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University, studying Political Science, Law, and Philosophy with an environmental focus. During her first two years at Wellesley, she served as a research assistant on Environmental Policy projects, which included updating and editing a book on global environmental institutions. Danielle is also a logic tutor, an intern for Wellesley’s Office of Sustainability, and a Home Base Mentor for the Philosophy Department. She has a working knowledge of French and plans to pursue a fellowship upon graduation that promotes ecocentric approaches to environmental policy and law.
