During the summer of 2024, they interned for the collections team at Historic New England, where they learned about collections management and contributed to the organization’s inclusive label description project. They are spending their Fall semester studying abroad at the University of Cambridge, where they are taking courses on colonialism and social theory. On campus, Brenda is also involved in Society Zeta Alpha, the Wellesley Asian Alliance, Wellesley BlueJazz, and El Table. Brenda hopes to work in the museum sector after graduation and pursue graduate school in the long term.
