She serves as a member of the senior management team at Accion and currently leads the organization's advisory support to its partners in Latin America, Africa and Asia across a range of technical and managerial competencies. She also serves as a board director for a number of these institutions.
Previously, she has served as regional head for Asia, as well as managed Accion’s technical assistance relationships with partners in Africa and the Caribbean. She also served as an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, DC from 2005-2015. Prior to working in microfinance, she was a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Ms. White holds an M.A. in international affairs from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. in political science and French from Wellesley College.
