Tatia holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BA in International Relations-Political Science from Wellesley College. Her undergraduate research explored the interplay between cyber and kinetic attacks in Russian warfare, while her MPhil dissertation focused on the role of emerging technologies in post-conflict development.
