In the summer of 2024, Olivia worked as an evaluation impact intern in Fundación En Vía in Oaxaca, Mexico. She worked with the women from small communities around the Tlacolula Valley, surveying their experiences with an economic diversity initiative known as the “Growing Strong” interviewing them and analyzing past data on the program's success. This semester she will be working on an undergraduate research opportunity with the MIT D-Lab developing a project to preserve biodiversity in mining territories in Colombia. Olivia’s goal for summer 2025 is to work with an international organization focusing on Latin American Development or with the Clinton Health Initiative.
