They are writing their thesis on gender bias towards professors using student evaluation questionnaire data from Wellesley College. They are passionate about data and social impact, and have spent their summers interning with non-profit organizations. During the summer of 2021, they worked for a Costa Rica based social enterprise that partners with women coffee producers, where they created a fundraising model and conducted research on thriving income standards. On campus, Pallavi is the co-General Manager for the Punch's Alley Pub. Upon graduation, their goal is to do data analysis and research for an economic policy think tank organization.
