Lydia Saltzbart
Lydia is a Senior majoring in Political Science with a minor in English.

Her coursework and research has largely centered on European and Eurasian international relations, particularly regarding Post-Soviet States. During her Junior Fall, Lydia went to Hungary to study International Relations and European Studies at Central European University in Budapest with students from all over Europe and Asia. Lydia spent the summer 2014 interning at McBee Strategic Consulting, a transportation, energy, and defense lobbying firm in Washington D.C. She has also worked as an Associate in the White House Office of Correspondence and an intern at the NYC Department of Education during her other undergraduate summers. At Wellesley, Lydia works at the Clapp library desk and is a DJ and member of the executive board for Wellesley’s student run radio station WZLY 91.5FM. Lydia is deeply committed to making the world a better, safer place for all and one day hopes to work in defense policy.
