Frontiers of Change: Shaping the Next Wave of Innovation and Disruption

This theme aims to enable critical examination of the intersections of equity, ethics, and technological advancement across many frontiers affected by our rapidly evolving global digital landscape.

A non-exhaustive list of potential discussions includes inquiry as to:

• how to address algorithmic bias and ensure opportunities for development through data-driven solutions;
• technology-driven solutions to deliver climate action, equitable health outcomes, and/or in the fields of human rights and refugee response;
• poverty relief and access to critical infrastructure in global agricultural systems;
• the role(s) of states in creating digital public infrastructures;
• technology's role in and effect on the arts;
• cultural and linguistic inclusion in technological innovation. 

Grounding these discussions in ethical principles, we hope that this theme will empower the members of the Albright community to bridge the physical and virtual worlds, toward a future where technological advancements foster inclusive and equitable progress for all.
